2019 FALL MINI SESSIONS for Families with Special Needs in El Dorado Hills, California
It’s that time of year again, what to get the grandparents!? Well, we all know they love pictures of their babies! But did you also know that it’s been scientifically proven that children who grow up in a house with pictures of the family on the walls have higher self-esteem?
I also know that the idea of getting everyone looking nice, both hair and outfits can be enough for any family to say- “not this year!”
Trust me, I’m here to help, make it fun and get you some family pictures that will make your heart swell! I can even assist with outfits!
One might be wondering why I am offering mini sessions just for families with Special Needs? Children with Special Needs are dear to my heart. For 8 years I taught in NYC- working with children who had Special Needs and also were Deaf. I taught in sign language!
What I had noticed in my 12 years of photographing families is that none of my clients had Special Needs. I decided to ask around. Most of the parents responded that they were just not sure how their child might respond to a photoshoot. Or how the photographer might respond to a child with Special Needs.
I decided to start spreading the word that I used to be a Special Needs teacher and my clients have started to grow. This makes me so happy as I feel all families should feel that they can have professional photographs!
While these clients have booked private sessions, this year I wanted to offer a mini sessions option. One that allowed a photography session that was at a holiday special price point- but also one that offered them a little bit more time than a typical mini session in case your child or the family needs it.

Here is the information!
Dates: November 30th and December 8th
The sessions will be held at the El Dorado Hills library near the pond. Yes, I know the Geese love it there- but I take a path less travel and will have fewer Goose obstacles 😉
40-minute sessions are $225 and you can choose 8 images from your final gallery that will have approximately 30 images in it. Your chosen images will be fully edited and high resolution. There is also an option to buy more.
The proofs will be available to you within 2 days of the photoshoot. After you have chosen your final images I have have the final edits to you within 3 days. So YES they will be ready for the holidays!!!
